ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

OVERVIEW 

Our organizational structure is designed to effectively achieve the statutory and corporate goals of the Council. It operates under a centralized model, ensuring that all decision-making processes are conducted through Council resolutions, promoting accountability and consistency.

To enhance administrative efficiency, the Council has introduced an Administrative Officer within the Administration Department. Strengthening this department remains a priority, as it plays a crucial role in optimizing operations and supporting the overall functionality of the Council.

The Council is committed to delivering a comprehensive range of services to its ratepayers. Each department has clearly defined responsibilities, ensuring that services are provided efficiently, transparently, and in the best interest of the community. By fostering interdepartmental collaboration, streamlining processes, and continuously evaluating service delivery methods, we aim to improve operational effectiveness and better meet the evolving needs of our stakeholders.
