Organizational Structure

Our organizational structure has been designed to meet statutory and corporate goals of our Council. The structure is centralized ensuring that all decision making processes is via Council resolutions. The Council introduced an administrative officer in Administration and our aim is to strengthen this department and operation of the Council.

The Council provides a wide range of services to its rate payers. Each of the department has their different respective role to play to ensure services are delivered to the best interest of the rate payers.
